- Event Design and Styling: We collaborate with you to design your vision for a perfect wedding that reflects your style, personality, and life together as a couple. To begin, we will start with a design consultation to learn all about your dream wedding. From there, we will gather information from you such as favorite color palettes, inspirational photos, style, such as modern, country, simple, elegant, to understand what you have envisioned for your special day. If you don’t know, that’s ok, we will help you!
- Next, we will create a custom wedding board that highlights large and small details including linens, lighting, décor, florals, and more. We'll find vendors and design elements within your decor budget and pull it all together so that you can enjoy every step up until your big day. We will handle all communication with each vendor, ensuring that everything is cohesive.
- In-person planning meetings are an important part of the planning process to ensure that everyone is moving in the same direction.
- Location scouting trips to your top venue choices - We will assist in asking all the right questions and getting accurate proposals for your event.
- Assist in creating a custom culinary experience with you and your caterer.
- Frequent check-ins to help keep you on track with bridal responsibilities like when to select bridesmaids, pick out your dress, buy gifts, get marriage license, etc.
- Secure guest hotel room blocks
