- Obtain vendor contracts and provide them with a detailed timeline and all relevant information prior to your event.
- Rehearsal coordination.
- Provide bridal essentials survival kit checklist.
- Comprehensive event execution by one lead wedding coordinator and at least one assistant wedding coordinator from set up to event conclusion.
- Personal assistance for Bride and Groom throughout the entire day.
- Assist photographer as needed to help photos run efficiently and smoothly.
- Assist with handing out flowers to family members, as well as pinning boutonnieres and corsages.
- Oversee the proper setup of the event.
- Set up your personal items like table numbers, place cards, centerpieces, favors, guestbook, decor pieces etc.
- Ensure the event flows according to the timeline.
- Communication with everyone including the wedding party, and family to make sure everyone has a clear understanding of who does what and when to ensure a smooth event.
- Work closely with entertainment/DJ and MC of the event on timing of appropriate dances, speeches, and announcements.
- Assist with guest movements and announcements so guests are never confused or wondering what's happening.
- Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on the day of the event.
- Breakdown all personal items like table number, centerpieces, guest book, decor pieces, etc. at the conclusion of the event
